We didn’t dream up the idea behind Corivo from a business plan or an overnight scheme. We grew into it.

Since 1997, we have provided our clients the latest IT tools to maximize business operations and success. As technology advances, so does the need for real-time communication, the exchange of data and realistic data management.

Responding to challenges

We are based in a large industrial business area. Many of our clients have found themselves required to report workplace incidents/accidents, company manhours, drug testing results, inspection reports, estimates and various checklist or jobsite operations. Until recently, these required reports were hand-written or accessible after the process or incident had passed.

This process resulted in lost or inaccurate reports, lengthy data entry and a stressful process of fact finding and communication. Some of our clients began looking to simplify this process by implementing an electronic system to report, gather and deliver vital information.

We worked with organizations to create a tool that allows employees or contractors to submit reports in the field or from a jobsite. Once submitted, these reports or data are instantly accessible through several delivery points:

  • Email notification (individual or group)
  • MySQL database populated with collected information, accessible via a front end interface
  • Individual or batch file creation in Excel, PDF or Word format
